“Anatomy and Physiology of Respiration Workshop” with Mary Bowman-Cline and Dr. Paul Emerson
Paul and Mary will share their knowledge of the Anatomy and Physiology of Respiration through various learning methods. In this three-week class you will make muscles out of clay, practice and learn pranayama, and the science/physiology of breath.
Yoga teachers and teachers-in-training may use this class towards Yoga Alliance continuing education hours and also 4.5 A&P hours for
HYT-TTP student requirements.
