While most of us have a working knowledge of what foods are healthy and which aren’t, it
doesn’t always mean that we follow this understanding in food choices. And if you already do,
you may still glean many pointers and insights in these sessions. We will use food habits, likes
and dislikes, and emotions connected to food to learn more about ourselves and how to work
with the mind.
Learn how to explore food choices from the psychological perspective, as well as understanding
how the mind and food choices affect our practice, and how our practice affects our mind and
food choices. Balance according to Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine will be included.
In addition, we will delve into other user-friendly methods to gain mastery of using food for
optimal spiritual growth.
