This workshop will introduce the basic concepts of the energy psychology paradigm called Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and is based on the texts “Chariot of Sadhana,” by Drs. Martin and Marian Jerry, and Swami Veda Bharati; and “EFT for Meditation” by Charles and Carol Crenshaw. Our focus will be on the two ‘wheels’ of the chariot: abhyasa (practice) and vairagya (non-attachment) as explained in “The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali”, and learning how to use EFT

Charles B. Both are Certified IAYT Yoga Therapists, Certified Clinical EFT Practitioners (authors of EFT for Meditation), Consulting Hypnotists, NLP Practitioners, and Touch for Health Practitioners.
