This link will be a recurring link for all  6 sessions. \nSeries: Wednesdays: January 18 – February 22\, 2023 \nTime:  6:30pm – 8:00pm \nInstructor: Jennifer Manion \nFee: $85 \nRegister here. \nMeditation III fee includes 11 CD series \nLearn the science of mantra in meditation and how it is a tool to help focus your mind and move through blocks to a deeper meditative experience. \nThis class opens the opportunity for the student to receive a personal mantra. We will also cover the use of a mala\, japa practice and akhandajapa\, as well as what to expect during mantra initiation. The cost of the class includes the CDs of Swami Veda’s Mantra and Meditation lectures.
