DESCRIPTION:“Deep Practice\, Deep Relaxation: Yoga Nidra” with Cynthia Gran\nIn Person\nMonday: August 31\, 2026\n6:30- 8:30 p.m.\nSuggested Donation : $15.00\nDrop-Ins are welcome!\nRegister here.\nJoin us for an evening of quiet self-awareness and self-healing. We will share teachings that Swami Rama taught in 1987 at the second Path of Fire and Light seminar\, including Yoga Nidra. We will listen to the silence together\, release our hindrances\, enjoy some gentle hatha yoga\, experience yoga nidra\, and practice deep awareness of our connection to the inner realm and joyful heart space. \nCynthia Gran\, DAy\, E-RYT 500\, YACEP\,  has been treading the Himalayan path since the late 1970s. Cynthia and her husband\, Gary\, DAy. CYT\, first attended the old Glenview Center in Illinois where they met and have served the tradition in various capacities over the years. They are both certified yoga teachers and Ayurvedic educators. They have published more than eighty articles on yoga\, meditation and Ayurveda. They are currently in Minnesota for the summer teaching at The Meditation Center.
