DESCRIPTION:Thursday Satsang In Person and via Zoom\nJune 4\, 2026\nAyurveda/Panchakarma with Sushmi Tandon Aggarwal\n7:00-8:30 p.m. CT\n\n	\n\n\nNew start time: 6:00-7:00 p.m.: In-Person Gentle Yoga with Maja Radovanilja\n7:00-7:30 p.m.: Guided Meditation with Rodney Huff (Rajni)\n7:30-8:30 p.m. “Ayurveda/Panchakarma\nwith Sushmi Tandon Aggarwal\n8:30 p.m.: Evening Chants\n8:40 p.m.  Tea and Snacks\n\n	\n\n\nSushmi Tandon Aggarwal will tell stories with pictures of her trek to Kedarnath and Badrinath; stories of both her external experiences and internal experiences. \nEmbarking on a pilgrimage\, though may appear physical\, is indeed a journey of inner quest. It gives us an opportunity to know ourselves at a deeper level. Journeys of physical and mental endurance give us strength with a trustful surrender to the divine\, the Ishwara Pranidhana. \nTransformation\, that but requires being a total observer\, which requires devoted surrender\, planning or setting the intention\, and then will power (iccha shakti)\, will guide and lead us to help complete the transformation\, making space for a new relationship\, the unique relationship between the sacred space within and those outside. \n\n	\n\n\nGet to Know Sushmi \n \nHello everyone\, my name is Sushumna\, with origins in from the Yoga Sciences. I go by Sushmi. \nMy yoga story is that I was born in India into a family practicing Yoga for decades. Growing up in an environment that allowed practice of Yoga lifestyle had a transformative influence. Initiated in the Himalayan Tradition. I have been coming to the center for over 40 years and have always found it be a place for learning\, nurturing and peace. \nI had always wanted to learn Yoga systematically to be able to professionally share the benefits with the community. My Yoga RYT -200 certification is from University of Minnesota’s Bakken Center for Spirituality and Healing program. \nWith a decade of Yoga teaching experience\, the part I enjoy most is it allows me to give back to the community in a meaningful way.
