This workshop will explore the interpersonal neurobiology of relationships and the way that this informs the practice of yamas and niyamas. All of these attitudes are specialisations in the development of compassion and ultimately promote bodhicitta (enlightenment mind) and the aspiration to become a bodhisattva.
This workshop will count as 4 hours of continuing education for yoga teachers
