The spring before Swami Veda left his body, Charles and Carol had a discussion with him about the book he co-authored with the Doctors Martin and Marion Jerry, The Chariot of Sadhana. He asked them if they would present a seminar based on the Yoga philosophy and ‘ psycho-technologies’ that they were familiar with that were addressed in the book. This seminar is their work in fulfilling Swami Veda’s request.
Charles and Carol are Certified Practitioners of two of the ‘psycho-technologies’ addressed in the book – Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT, or tapping) and Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) – and are authors of the book EFT for Meditation (inspired by Chariot of Sadhana and acknowledged by Dr Martin Jerry). They are long time teachers and initiators in the tradition. They presented a week long seminar on The Chariot of Sadhana at SRSG the spring after Swami Veda left his body. This abbreviated version of that seminar is being presented to help the beginner or advanced sadhaka integrate the insights of these psycho-technologies and yoga philosophy and psychology to help them advance in their sadhana.
