Yoga Sutra 1.33 is one of the most important verses on Citta Prasadanam. In this workshop, we’ll go for a deep dive into the sutra. This workshop will be experiential as well and intellectual. Come prepared to examine and transform your own life habits and to create a happier, more pleasant mind.

Randall Krause, (Sanskrit name: Mokshadeva) was initiated in the Himalayan Yoga tradition by Swami Veda Bharati in 1988. Since that time, he has studied and practiced within the Himalayan Tradition under Swami Veda Bharati’s guidance. He has spent time in residence at The Meditation Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota; The Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, Pennsylvania; Sadhana Mandir, Swami Rama’s Ashram in Rishikesh; and at Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama (SRSG) in Rishikesh. Randall was on the Board of the Divya Jyoti Himalayan Yoga Meditation Center, in Napa, California, established by Swami Veda. Subsequently, he founded and now directs Himalayan Yoga Meditation Society of Los Angeles (known as Hym-LA).

Randall was one of the first graduates from Swami Veda’s HYT Teachers Training Program, and is a Senior Faculty member and Senior Mentor in that program. He been on the TTP teaching team both in Minneapolis and in Rishikesh. He is registered as an “Experienced Yoga Teacher” (E-RYT500) with Yoga Alliance. He mentors many students over the internet, and also has taught internet based courses in “Pacifying and Purifying Emotions” and The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.

In addition to his yoga-meditation training and experience, Randall has a Master’s degree in “Interdisciplinary Consciousness Studies” from JFK University in Orinda, CA, and a Law degree from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). He also has a Certificate in Yoga Philosophy from Loyola University, Los Angeles. Randall is also qualified as a Life Coach, and employs the skills and knowledge he learned in that profession to most effectively work with those he mentors and guides in yoga.
