Transform your life.

Explore the Himalayan Yoga Meditation Tradition through meditation, hatha yoga, and practices that steady the breath, quiet the mind, and open the heart to deeper awareness.

Find Your Path

A 5,000-year-old practice, taught for our time.

The Meditation Center’s teachings come from the Himalayan Yoga Meditation Tradition, established in the West by H.H. Sri Swami Rama of the Himalayas and continued at TMC by Swami Veda Bharati and Swami Ritavan Bharati.

Our approach is grounded in Raja Yoga, an integrated, scientific, experiential path that covers the physical, mental, and spiritual realms of human life.

“Love all, exclude none.”

– Swami Rama of the Himalayas
