“The Meaning of Passover” with Daniel Hertz

8:30 p.m.: Evening Prayers
Description: There will be a short presentation on the meaning of the Passover holiday in the Jewish Tradition. A connection will be made to how this ancient holiday observance relates to the practice of meditation. After this brief introduction we will read through a version of a Haggadah. The Haggadah is a storybook that guides the Passover Seder.
Bio: Daniel Hertz (MS, BCB, E-RYT 500) is on the faculty of The Meditation Center. He is the author of the memoir Everything Is A Little Bit Alright: yoga, meditaiton, and a dog named Roy.
