Thursday Satsang: “Learning to Forgive” with Daniel Hertz – May 11, 2017

Learning to Forgive is essential for cultivating inner peace.  It can lead you down the path of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.   The practice of forgiveness begins with yourself.  Before you can feel compassion toward others, it is first necessary to forgive yourself.  This is a process that takes time, patience, and determination. In this talk, Daniel will review the major research findings on forgiveness.  A step-by-step process for cultivating forgiveness will be shared and discussed.  Daniel has written an essay entitled “Learning to Forgive” which was published in the AHYMSIN Newsletter December 2014. Read here.
