This workshop will explore the interpersonal neurobiology of relationships and the way that this informs the practice of yamas and niyamas. All of these attitudes are specializations in the development of compassion and ultimately promote bodhicitta (enlightenment mind) and the aspiration to become a bodhisattva.
For Yoga Alliance registered yoga teachers this workshop will qualify for 4 hours of continuing education credit.
On Saturday bring a bag lunch or dine at one of the many wonderful restaurants in NE Minneapolis. We look forward to spending time with you this weekend.
