“Conscience—Gateway to the Superconscious Mind and Perfect Wisdom”
with Jim Nelson
Psychologist Jim Nelson (Jiminy Nelson—Jiminy Cricket’s half-brother) will facilitate an exploration of the importance of coordinating the four functions of our mind, if we are to enliven our yoga sadhana. The four interconnected functions of mind are: Manas (sensory—logic mind), Chitta (unconscious mind), Ahamkara (ego driven mind), Pure Buddhi (Conscience/intuitive mind). Each of these has an essential role to play in our sadhana.
If, however, our thoughts, words, and actions aren’t aligned and guided by Conscience and pure intuition (downloads from the superconscious mind), we are destined to suffer physically, mentally, emotionally, relationally, and spiritually. In an interactive forum, we will explore how to coordinate the four functions of our mind. And, importantly, how to purify our buddhi and open to intuition insights, so our conscience will serve as an unblemished mirror receiving infallible guidance from the Superconscious mind. Then we can walk in the Tao with enthusiasm, creativity, and joy.
