Gratitude is a skill that can be improved with practice. A gratitude practice allows us to see the wonder in every day activities that we take for granted. In turbulent times, the practice can be especially challenging to maintain. In addition to discussing the benefits of gratitude, we will practice some simple, hands-on techniques that can be done by children or adults to cultivate gratitude. Hope to see you there. Thanks!
