Ms. Amrit Kaur, born and brought up in Punjab, a Northern Indian state, now a resident of Edina, MN, will be teaching simple North Indian vegetarian dishes for 3 Saturdays from 10:00 a.m until Noon. Amrit has been catering North Indian food for the past 15+ years in the Twin Cities. Amrit was our chef for 2 weeks in July 2022 at TMC for the most recent TTP program… students and teachers were well taken care of, nourished by the delicious lunches and dinners cooked in our beautiful kitchen by Amrit ji and various TMC community volunteers who helped in the process.
