Honoring the First World Meditation Day

In Person and via Zoom

Saturday: December 21, 2024

6:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

On this Winter Solstice day join us at TMC to reflect, contemplate, and meditate.

World Meditation Day Morning Schedule at TMC

Join Emilio Bettaglio and Eric Ness for a Morning of Silence, Gentle Yoga, Meditation, and Contemplation.

6:00-7:00 a.m. Morning prayers, silent meditation, chanting OM (Zoom)

7:00-7:30 a.m. Gentle Meditative Hatha Yoga with Eric Ness (Zoom)

7:30-8:30 a.m. Silent Breakfast

8:30-10:30 a.m. Silent Japa (Personal Mantra, Saumya Mantra, Ganapati Mantra), Silent Walk (optional and weather permitting), Meditate, Contemplate, Read, Relax, Rest, Reflect, Mindfully Enjoy a Cup of Tea,

10:30-11:30 a.m. – Hatha Yoga Class and Meditation with Emilio Bettaglio. There will be 30 minutes of “Joints and Glands” exercises followed by 30 minutes of guided meditation (Zoom)
