Join Michelle to learn or deepen a freeform writing practice with no editing and no judgments, no right and no wrong. We’ll free our thoughts and voices on paper in a safe and comfortable environment. Learn writing practice as a tool for work projects to memoir, personal journaling to writing for the public, with greater ease and clarity. Use writing practice as a way to know yourself, to train the muscle of your mind, and for the pleasure of writing without rules.
We’ll combine writing practice with other centering practices for the body and mind.
Please bring notebook and pen to class.
