Jack Nelson-Pallmeyer’s Bio:
Jack graduated from St. Olaf College and went on to earn a master’s of divinity degree from Union Theological Seminary in New York. He served as national coordinator of the Politics of Food Program for Clergy and Laity Concerned, and directed the Hunger and Justice Project in Minnesota for the American Lutheran Church in America. He and his wife Sara co-directed a house of studies in Nicaragua for the Center for Global Education on behalf of Augsburg College. He currently heads the Peace Studies Department at St. Thomas University, is very involved with his home congregation and the Community of St. Martin. He is the author of thirteen books his most recent: The End of the World as We Know It–but Soft Landings are Possible.

7:00 – 7:30: Guided Meditation (free!)
7:30 – 8:30: Inspiring Presentation and discussion (donation appreciated)
8:30 – 9:00: Vegetarian soup (suggested donation $3)
9:00: Evening Prayers and Clean-up
