10-Day “Guru Gita” Recitation via Zoom
Friday, June 23 – Sunday, July 2, 2023
Swami Ritavan Bharati has asked that, for the ten days leading up to Guru Purnima, we offer the audio file and transcription of the “Guru Gita.”
The “Guru Gita” is part of the Skanda Purana authored by the sage Vyasa, and is recited as homage to and invocation of the source of supreme wisdom we call Guru. For the ten days prior to Guru Purnima, from Friday, June 23rd to Sunday, July 2nd, per Swami Ritavan’s instructions, the audio file of the “Guru Gita” recitation will be shared via Zoom starting at 8:40 PM. This will be a recurring zoom session on each of the ten evenings. The Zoom link will be sent to the community on Thursday.
