Chakras – Mūlādhāra and Svādiṣṭhāna

Familiarity with these chakras through personal practice benefits from engaging the subtle senses as well as understanding the relationship of these chakras to physical structures, elemental essences, saṃskāras, Brahmā granthi, and to consciousness.

In this workshop we will continue exploration of methods of study applied to this pair of chakras, the two flames of these chakras, as well as Viṣṇu granthi.
