International Day of Yoga and Summer Solstice Meditation with Swami Radha Bharati

Wednesday: June 21, 2023

7:00 a.m. – 8:10 a.m.

Morning Prayers: 7:00-7:10 a.m. CDT

Meditation with Swami Radha offered In Person and via Zoom:

7:10-8:10 a.m. CDT

Swami Radha will guide the meditation for the first 30 minutes.

The second 30 minutes of meditation will be held in silence.

Meditation will be followed by tea and snacks: 8:10 a.m

If you wish please bring a light snack or fruit to share.

A wonderful way to begin the solstice day, deepen your practiceand commemorate International Day of Yoga.

A Zoom link will be sent the day before the event.

These classes are for all levels. Sig and Rosann excel at leading the class in relaxation, gentle asana (yoga positions), and pranayama (breath). Relieve stress, achy joints, improve balance at all levels and increase your sense of well being

Free Lunch Break Noon Time Yoga Combo Class at TMC

Take a midday break with Daniel to stretch, relax, center, nourish, and refresh your body and mind before continuing the tasks of the day or going back to work.

12:15-12:30 p.m. – gentle stretching 
12:30-12:45 p.m. – guided relaxation 
12:45-1:00 p.m. – guided meditation
