Previous workshops introduced the concept of the Elder-Sage and started participants on the inner-work needed to harvest learnings and wisdom from their life experience. We also looked at how to expand our ability to live more fully as elders by forgiving ourselves and others and by facing our mortality.
This 2-1/2 hour workshop will be an opportunity to take the next step toward donning the mantle of the Elder. The world needs what Elders have to offer. We will look at a range of activities Sages engage in, including leaving a legacy, storytelling, carrying traditions, and mentoring and you will have an opportunity to discover your own way forward.
Randall Krause served as an attorney, a mediator, a life coach, and a yoga teacher. He is a senior mentor and senior teacher in the Himalayan Yoga Meditation Tradition. For many years, he ran a multi-million dollar business. Now retired from that business and well into his sixties, Randall is an Intern in the Sage-ing International Certified Sage-ing Leader Training program.
