“The Samāyā Path – Part I” with Dr. Dale Buegel – Tonight’s Topic – Ājñā Cakra
The internal path of samāyā tantra develops the subtle senses in order to work directly with the prāṇas and textures of the elements. Part I will focus on the upper cakras and Part II on the lower three cakras (December 9-11). Balancing the prāṇas at the cakras is key to understanding one’s relationship to both the manifest and unmanifest universe. Merging with the consciousness of each cakra is a blissful path to understanding the relationship of self to Self.
Friday evening, September 23, 7:00pm to 9:00pm
Ājñā Cakra
Exploration of the subtleties of this cakra helps differentiate prāṇas that accompany the breath and the prāṇas whose rhythms do not have the breath as a vehicle. Balancing the breath related and non-breath related flows leads to access of the upper junction of iḍā, piṅgala, and suṣumnā and their related pathways. Mastery of this cakra is also key to having the mind be the servant of consciousness, rather than having the mind try to be the master of consciousness.
