Paul and Mary will share their knowledge of the Anatomy and Physiology of Respiration through various learning methods. In this Saturday class you will learn about the muscles of respiration, practice and learn pranayama, and the science/physiology of breath.
Yoga teachers and teachers-in-training may use this class towards Yoga Alliance continuing education hours and HYT-TTP students can earn 2 1/2 A&P hours.
