This Sunday there will be an opportunity to learn more regarding the teachings of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, as well as a chance to hear / see Gurudev, Swami Rama. In this lecture Swami Rama will continue to speak on the subject of the eight limbs of Raja Yoga.
