The practice of love is the natural awareness of God
H.H. Swami Rama
What is the purpose of relationships? What is the value of sex and romantic love? Does being spiritual mean the end of sex; chocolate; and sensual delight?
In this seminar let’s explore the living Heart of spirituality and the practical knowledge and tools of Tantra Shastra. Tantra teaches us to live in the world as a tourist, owning nothing and enjoying everything. Contrary to what many religionists say, enlightenment does not demand celibacy. It does demand renunciation of attachments; cravings and the fruits of your actions, including your thoughts and feelings. Learn how to live in harmony with yourself, with others, and the world around you by using the power of discrimination and giving up guilt, being judgmental, and fear. Discover your inner strength and wisdom, and move with purpose in your life and relationships.
This seminar will focus on the practical knowledge and steps necessary to bring you to your own inner wisdom and strength. It is a process of unlearning, becoming aware of how thinking and feeling create disharmony and leads to unhappiness with ourselves and others. Join your heart and your mind and live within the fullness of the spiritual-Self.
