5:30-6:45 p.m.: In-Person Gentle Yoga

7:00-7:30 p.m.: Meditation Guided by Swami Radha Bharari

7:30-8:30 p.m.: “From the Banks of the Ganges to the Mighty Mekong: Landscapes, People, Stories…from Cambodia, Vietnam, and India”  with Nikki Strong and Daniel Hertz

8:30 p.m.: Evening Chants

8:40 p.m.: Snacks

Join us for an evening exploration of  the  rich and diverse natural environments, human landscapes, history. and culture of Cambodia, Vietnam, and Northern India.

Nikki Strong PhD is an initiate in the Himalayan Tradition.Nikki is an experienced teacher of yoga/meditation, taichi, and qigong. Come and experience Nikki’s class and her profound teaching.

Daniel Hertz, MS, BCB, E-RYT 500, started giving yoga and meditation classes at The Meditation Center in 1995. He has offered individual Biofeedback sessions since 2007. (https://themeditationcenter.org/biofeedback/). He first came to The Center with the hope of finding strategies to deal with the stress from his long career as a teacher and counselor in the Minneapolis Public Schools.
