Introduction to the New AHYMSIN Global Mantra,
“Oṃ namo bhagavate vāsudevāya”
7:00-8:30 p.m. CT
The Meditation Center will be closed for in-person attendance this evening. The 2nd floor renovation continues with the installation of drywall today going late into the evening. The noise from this work will be too disruptive to hold the planned program in person at
5:30-6:45 p.m.: In-Person Gentle Yoga – Cancelled
7:00-7:15 p.m: Centering meditation followed by an introduction to the new mantra and recitation of the mantra’s sankalpa by Dr. Stephen Parker (Stoma)
7:15-7:30 p.m.: Recording of the Vāsudevāya Mantra (108 repetitions) as chanted by Dr. Stephen Parker (Stoma).
7:30-8:30 p.m.: Viewing of a video clip of Swami Ritavan Bharati introducing the Vāsudevāya mantra at the 2026 AHYMSIN Sangha Gathering…after the video a sharing of experiences of the retreat and new mantra by TMC pilgrims, who attended the 2026 AHYMSIN gathering…followed by a meditation guided by Swami Radha integrating the new mantra
8:30 p.m.: Evening Chants
ॐ नमो भगवते वासुदेवाय।
Om Namo Bhagavate Vāsudevāya
Om, I bow to the Lord who dwells within all hearts.
Tonight the significance and meaning of the Vāsudevāya mantra will be introduced. To learn the mantra together we will listen to and follow a recording of 108 repetitions of the Vāsudevāya mantra as chanted by Dr. Stephen Parker (Stoma.) and watch a video of Swami Ritavan introducing the new global mantra at the 2026 AHYMSIN gathering.
Some of the returning TMC pilgrims, who attended the 2026 AHYMSIN gathering, will share their experiences of the retreat and the new global sangha mantra. We will end the evening with a meditation guided by Swami Radha.

The Vasudeva mantra was given by Swami Ritavan Bharati, the Spiritual Guide of AHYMSIN, on 4th March 2026, and will be practiced by all the members of the AHYMSINSangha for the duration of three years, until the AHYMSIN Sangha Gathering in March 2029.
