“Introduction to the Healing Art of Qigong:
Discussion and Mini-Practice of Its Use to Balance
and Cultivate LOVE, WISDOM, and VITALITY”
with Nikki Strong, Ph.D.
What is Qigong? How does it work? How can it help us find balance and meaning in our lives? Help us cultivate Love, Wisdom, and Vitality as a stand alone practice or adjunct practice to others (e.g. Yoga/ Meditation) that we currently have…. Please join us for an insightful discussion of these questions and a fun hands on exercise that demonstrates… the power of Qi!!!!
