During this brief Introduction to the “Anatomy of Posture” we will explore the question…What elements of physical anatomy are key in understanding how to create proper body alignment and to cultivate a healthy spine? This one hour discussion together with a couple short, easy to do exercises will set the theoretical stage for Sunday’s hand’s on workshop!
