At the last session of the “Mindfulness, Memory & Remembrance” series on March 12th, we presented an Ayurvedic protocol for supporting memory as we age. We detailed self-care practices, specific foods & herbs, yoga practices, and lifestyle recommendations to help keep the mind and memory healthy and happy. The program was well received, but gave rise to more questions than could be answered. So, we have scheduled this extra Q&A session.
In this session, we will review the protocol, taking questions as we go. Attendance at past sessions is not required. Please join us! All are welcome.
