Everything is A Little Bit Alright

with DANIEL HERTZ

To receive the zoom link for this event, please subscribe to The Meditation Center’s e-newsletter on the home page of this website.

A $20 DONATION FOR EACH PAPERBACK OR KINDLE BROUGHT TO THE ZOOM DISCUSSION WILL BE MADE TO THE MEDITATION CENTER.
The Meditation Center is a key chapter in the telling of this healing journey.  Also included are many lively classroom scenes from Daniel’s thirty-one years as a teacher and counselor in the Minneapolis Public Schools.  The first chapter starts with a harrowing tale from the year Nikki and Daniel lived in Panama.  There is also a chapter about Daniel’s hilariously perilous first visit to Tarkeshwar, the holy Shiva shrine in the Himalayas.  Swami Hari once again returns to play a major role in this book as he did in Daniel’s first two books.
FROM THE PUBLISHER (ShantiArts.co)
Everything is A Little Bit Alright is an uplifting, lighthearted, and compelling memoir that recounts Daniel’s lifelong spiritual journey. His grief from the passing of his mom is transfomred to gratitude, forgiveness, and joy as he moves along the healing path with the help of his dog, Roy.
FROM THE BACK COVER (Nicole Helget, 2018 Minnesota Book Award Winner)
Everything is A Little Bit Alright mezmerizes the reader into a calming meditative space that is at once familiar and highly uncomfortable. It is a barely perceptible trail in a heavily wooded grove; a yoga class on every page.

Please remember to purchase the paperback or kindle before you attend the Thursday, June 4th Zoom talk to maximize the donation. Thank you!
