Please join us for the second meeting of our Ayurvedic study group. Attendance at the first meeting is not required. All are welcome. We’ll continue with Chapter One of the Charak Samhita with more sutras, commentary, and discussion. Please bring your ‘beginner’s mind’ and join us as we listen deeply and reflect on the words of the sages.

Cynthia and Gary Gran have been treading the Himalayan path since the late 1970s. They met at the old Glenview Center in Illinois and have served the Tradition in various capacities over the years. They are both certified yoga teachers and Ayurvedic practitioners. Gary and Cynthia have published more than eighty articles on yoga, meditation and Ayurveda. They are currently enjoying desert gardening, cooking, and hiking at their home in Tucson, Arizona.
