It’s been over a year of uncertainty, death, loss, and confusion. It’s also been over a year of growth, knowing ourselves, and finding our way from scratch. It’s OK to not be OK. It’s OK to be OK. The struggles and the calm in the storm are real for us all. Together, we can learn how to use our own minds, our own breath awareness, our own “practices” to bring us to Now – the most balanced and real place to be, especially in this cracking, shifting world. Join in to see mind for what it is, learn a few simple breathing practices you can do anywhere, even in the grocery line, the grocery curbside spot or waiting for grocery delivery, and for a taste of writing practice to witness your own mind without labels. Questions and feedback are welcome; this is an interactive time for all joiners.
Michelle Skally Doilney is a student and initiate in the Himalayan Tradition since 1997. She is a certified Feng Shui Consultant, certified Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), former corporate executive, and a lifelong photographer and writer. She teaches from direct experience, from the heart, and always learns while teaching.
