“Tools for Sitting Well Workshop” with Nikki Strong, Ph.D.

During this hands-on workshop we will practice and explore useful tools for improving our sitting posture and to help cultivate a healthy spine. We will make use of a variety of approaches and tools from yoga/ meditation, biofeedback, qigong, and western physical anatomy in order to accomplish this task. This workshop has something for everyone…. and is accessible to all.
In honor of Veteran’s Day, veterans attend free.
