World Meditation Day

Silence Winter Solstice Day: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. In Person
On this Winter Solstice day join us at TMC to reflect, contemplate, and meditate.
Please join Swami Radha and Emilio Bettaglio on Sunday, December 21, 2025 at The Meditation Center for a day of silence and mantra japa. We will be celebrating International Meditation Day and the Winter Solstice.
You are welcome to come at any time during the day and stay as long as you wish for silence observation and mantra japa. The mantra we’ll be focusing on is the Akhanda Mandala mantra.
The day will begin promptly at 7:30 a.m. with a five offering Guru Puja, then, keeping the typical Sunday schedule, the Morning Prayers will be shared at 8:20 a.m. followed by a guided meditation by Swami Radha at 8:30 a.m. There will be the option to join via zoom, starting at 7:30 a.m. and ending after the guided meditation. The Sunday Morning Book Group will not be meeting on December 21st,
In person presence will be available all day until after sunset, around 5:0o p.m.
