Join us on Tuesday, July 16, 2019, at the Meditation Center for the 2019 Guru Purnima celebration. There will be talks, fellowship, and remembrances, a fire ceremony (havan), and a full moon meditation.

Fire Ceremony (Havan)
with Emilio Bettaglio and Dowlat Budhram Officiating
7:30 p.m. – 8:45 p.m.

The practice of Saucha (purification) is prescribed as one prepares to participate in the fire ceremony. The Havan is a shrine and one should perform some basic purification acts such as washing hands, face, and rinsing the mouth prior to participating in the ceremony.
