“Lessons Swamiji Veda Taught Me.”
Class will meet on the second Saturday of each month.

Next class will meet on April 13th.
Join Randall Krause for a Saturday morning series of one-hour programs during which Randall will talk about a lesson Swami Veda gave him. Then as a group we will discuss how to integrate that lesson into our lives.
The series will be interactive, with group discussion, exercises, and stories.
Randall is a senior teacher and senior mentor on the tradition, served Dr. Arya and Swami Veda many times, has taught for the Tradition in Europe, Asia, and North America. He considers his meeting and subsequent initiation by Dr Arya to be one of the most fortunate events in his life. Outside of yoga, Randall practiced law for many years and served as a personal coach. He is also a disciple of Master Bosco Baek of the Chen Village Tai Chi tradition. He continues to teach both yoga-meditation and tai chi.
