This Thursday, August 29th, will be an opportunity to learn more regarding the teachings of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, as well as a chance to hear / see Gurudev, Swami Rama.  In this lecture Swami Rama will be speaking about the yamas and niyamas and their application to our lives. Eric Ness and Swami Radha will be present to offer explanations and answer your questions.
