On Thursday, May 2nd, join Wolfgang for a dialogue on consciousness, meditation, mindfulness, life, joy, and being. Everyone is invited to join the discussion.
Read below a letter Wolfgang wrote to his students on April’s full moon day.
Dear ones,
On Wednesday, April 24, the spring full moon shines in the starry sky. Let us become still from 9 to 10 pm and contemplate the essence of meditation.
If you can no longer do anything because you are perhaps ill or otherwise absorbed by life, if your mantra has left you and you have difficulty contemplating, if your mind is full of restless movements and you don’t feel well at all, what do you have left?
With every breath, you can sink into the depths of your consciousness and connect with your pure being, your mindfulness, your awareness, your consciousness. This has always been there, is always there and will always be there. Now it looks in wonder at your restlessness and discomfort. When you experience this, a smile emerges within you and you get a shy glimpse of the first inner envelope that surrounds your pure being – joy, peace and bliss. With this inner awareness you can then look at everything in the world within you and around you and experience that you do not have to identify with it.
I wish you all a contemplative, peaceful, quiet hour
in loving solidarity
Wolfgang
