How often do we get so caught up in our daily activities that we don’t take enough time to care for our bodies? Then we find ourselves feeling run down, or slowed by some ailment. This month we’ll share and discuss more time-tested methods for preserving our health and well-being.

Please bring your ‘beginner’s mind’ and join us as we listen deeply and reflect on the words of the sages.

“Then came a time when it hit me, and I learned my lesson.”

Gary & Cynthia Gran have been treading the Himalayan path since the late 1970s. They met at the old Glenview Center in Illinois and have served the tradition in various capacities over the years. They are both certified yoga teachers and Ayurvedic educators. They have published more than eighty articles on yoga, meditation and Ayurveda. They enjoy desert gardening, cooking and hiking at their home in Tucson, Arizona.
