Tradition tells us we are all subject to time, space, and causation. In this session, we’ll contemplate some verses on the nature of Time from the Atharva Veda. Then we’ll share Swami Rama’s explanation of how our minds are conditioned by time. We’ll conclude with more verses from Chapter 6 of the Charaka Samhita on how the fluctuations of time affect our health, with tips on how to stay balanced this summer!
Please bring your ‘beginner’s mind’ and join us as we listen deeply and reflect on the words of the sages. Attendance at prior meetings is not required. All are welcome.
“Time is a filter. Anything that happens goes through the filter of time.”
– Swami Rama
