Meditation I: Learning the Basics
Foundations of meditation and mindfulness as taught in the 5,000-year-old Himalayan Tradition. Covers meditation foundations, relaxation, pranayama, mantra, and the basics of Raja Yoga philosophy.

Meditation II: Superconscious Meditation
Powerful and practical yoga practices to quiet and focus the mind and decrease emotional reactivity. Draws on Swami Veda Bharati’s penetrating and inspiring lectures on yoga psychology and philosophy.

Meditation III: Mantra, the Key to Deeper Meditation
The science of using mantra and mantra repetition as a means to a deeper meditative experience. Opens the opportunity for participants to receive a personal mantra and initiation into the Himalayan Tradition.
