Workshops

Set aside dedicated time to learn, experiment, deepen your inner work, and enhance your wellbeing alongside others.

Opportunities for insight, inquiry, and inner growth

The Meditation Center’s workshops offer opportunities to explore the Himalayan Yoga Meditation Tradition, related mindfulness traditions, or fun and engaging special topics in a focused and accessible way. Each workshop is designed to support learning, reflection, and direct experience. Offered in a welcoming setting, these gatherings provide a chance to deepen understanding, learn in a relaxed and open atmosphere, and practice in community.

Workshops may be  introductory or more specialized, and may be one-time or multi-session occurrances, but all share the same intention: to help participants connect theory with lived practice. Through instruction, discussion, and guided experience, students are invited to engage the teachings in a practical and meaningful way. Whether you’re is new to the tradition or continuing a long path of study, the workshops create space for insight, inquiry, and inner growth.
